"VESPERS tackles some deep, complex emotional issues. It is thought-provoking and supported by strong, compelling characters. I'm interested in them and care about what happens to them. For that reason, I'd say VESPERS is worth reading." --POPTHOUGHT.COM "...VESPERS is a graphic novel about a pop star with mystical powers, driven by real world concerns and temptations..." -- CHICAGO TRIBUNE

HARD-COVER Graphic Novel VESPERS is about a twelve-step group for the supernatural, the super-human and the inhuman. In this second book we learn more about Vesper, the sponsor of the VESPERS group and her rock-star lifestyle; Paul (Dyspro), the zombie-like walking scab who's now hanging around with fellow member Kelly Smith. Kelly (Mirror), the supermodel and adult-media star, with the unusual power of reflection is having trouble dealing with her uninhibited past, now that she's clean and sober. Deni (Denizon), lives quietly in the V.A. hospital when he gets a visit from Admiral Bauer, who demands he perform a covert mission - something Deni has long given up. It's hard to stay sober when you're job involves being a mass-murderer for the US Government, but his veteran benefits, including the multiple plastic and reconstructive surgeries are threatened, which would leave him as a deformed monster. A confrontation with Zack's vampire parents, Vesper bumps into an old (hot) flame, parties, celebrities and Vesper speaks to the press - all seemingly unrelated events that uncovers not only more about the characters, but a synchronicity about past, present and a future plot to undermine the human race with the most horrific weapon ever created.
